Today was that dreaded day of year that Americans never look forward to, thats right, today I prepared my taxes. I woke up early this morning and got everything ready which took all morning and afternoon and then I took them to get prepared. They did not get finished though and I will have to finish them up this week sometime. At lease I was able to see the damage which was better than I had expected, luckily I dont owe too much money and the big part of my taxes got done. I am not sure how the state will go but that part is usually easier than federal. I know that there are quite a few members that can relate to what I am talking about, I have talked to a few members about the lovely tax season. It feels like I am so overwhelmed until they get done and then once they do there is a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. I think that the dreaded April 15th rolls around before we all know it so I at least wanted to get taxes started this week so I am not one of those many Americans having to find a drop off spot before midnight on April 15th, it sucks having to do that and wait in the huge line!!
